Optometrist, clinical educator and eye-care innovator

Justin Ogheneruemu Eghaghara is an optometrist, clinical educator and mentor with experience across community practice, hospital eye services, clinical training and professional development. He created OptoForge to make high-quality clinical learning more structured, practical and accessible for optometrists, trainee optometrists, students and wider eye-care professionals.

His work focuses on helping clinicians strengthen clinical reasoning, practise decision-making, prepare for professional assessments and develop confidence through structured learning pathways, clinical cases, AI-supported tutoring and mentorship.

OptoForge reflects his belief that excellent clinicians are developed through continuous learning, thoughtful practice, evidence-based care and supportive professional communities.
